Neural Terrain

"Neural Terrain" is an evolving audiovisual exploration of the intersections between natural landscapes and computer-generated realities. This project reflects on the dualities of natural and digital environments/real-estate, creating immersive experiences that prompt audiences to contemplate their relationship with digital and physical spaces.

* Neural Terrain V.1 (2022): The first iteration, exhibited at Glitch Cinema Festival in Zagreb, Croatia, focuses on creating abstract, non-audio generative visuals that react to real-time data inputs, simulating the rhythms of natural environments.

* Neural Terrain V.2 (2024): The second version, shown at the Digital Arts Resource Centre’s LED Exhibit in Ottawa, builds upon V.1 by incorporating an audio component that enhances the immersive experience. This iteration deepens the sensory engagement through soundscapes synchronized with the visuals, creating a more interactive dialogue between audience and environment.
